Payment Policies
Virtual Design Packages
Virtual design and smaller fixed-scope projects may require full payment upfront. Your approved proposal and agreement will state the exact terms before work begins.
Whole Home Transformation
Retainers, milestone payments, and final balances are tailored to the approved scope, schedule, and agreement for your whole-home project.
Home Staging
Staging requires a reservation deposit, with the remaining balance due before installation. Exact timing and payment terms are stated in your approved proposal and agreement.
Furniture Procurement
Furniture must be paid in full before orders are placed. Any related purchasing, freight, delivery, or installation terms are outlined in your approved proposal.
