A clear process, from intake to final delivery.
Project timelines begin once we have received a complete intake, usable room photos, required measurements, and any other materials needed for your service.
PROJECT START
Payment alone does not begin the design timeline. Your project officially enters the design queue after The Render Room confirms that all required information and files have been received.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
DESIGN SOS
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after intake approval.
PHOTO-READY ROOM
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after intake approval.
SIGNATURE ROOM
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after intake approval.
Estimated timelines may change if information is missing, revisions are delayed, product research is unusually extensive, or the project scope changes.
WHAT DELIVERY INCLUDES
Final materials are delivered digitally to the email address provided by the client. Deliverables vary by package and may include written recommendations, visual concepts, renderings, layouts, product selections, shopping links, and implementation guidance.
REVISIONS
Revisions are intended to refine the approved design direction—not restart the project with an entirely new style, layout, or scope.

Additional revisions or a new design direction may require an added fee. One revision round means one consolidated list of feedback submitted at the same time.
CLIENT RESPONSE TIMES
Clients should submit revision feedback within 7 calendar days of receiving a design. Projects may be paused if feedback or requested information is delayed.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product prices, stock, shipping costs, promotions, and lead times may change after recommendations are delivered. The Render Room may suggest substitutions when an item becomes unavailable, but ongoing replacement sourcing is not included unless stated in the selected package.
MEASUREMENTS & ACCURACY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing product dimensions before purchasing. Renderings are visual design concepts and may not represent exact color, scale, lighting, or construction conditions.
CONTRACTORS & IMPLEMENTATION
For qualifying services, The Render Room may provide contractor sourcing, scope organization, and design-side coordination. Contractors and trade professionals are independent providers hired directly by the client. Their pricing, availability, workmanship, licensing, insurance, and performance are outside The Render Room’s control.
