ESTIMATED DELIVERY
DESIGN SOS
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after intake approval.
PHOTO-READY ROOM
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after intake approval.
SIGNATURE ROOM
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after intake approval, including two revision rounds.
Timing may shift if key information is missing, feedback is delayed, product research expands, or the project scope changes. We’ll keep you informed if that happens.
WHAT DELIVERY INCLUDES
Final materials are delivered digitally to your project email. Deliverables vary by service and may include recommendations, visual concepts, renderings, layouts, product selections, shopping links, and implementation guidance.
REVISIONS
Revisions refine the approved design direction. A new style, layout, or scope may require a separate service or added fee.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product prices, stock, shipping, promotions, and lead times can change after delivery. When your selected service includes sourcing support, we’ll help identify suitable alternatives within that support period.
MEASUREMENTS & ACCURACY
Please provide accurate measurements and confirm product dimensions before purchasing. Renderings communicate the design direction and may vary from actual color, scale, lighting, or construction conditions.
CONTRACTORS & IMPLEMENTATION
Qualifying services may include contractor sourcing, scope organization, and design-side coordination. Contractors and trades are independent providers hired directly by you, and you remain responsible for final hiring and contract decisions.
